The health of all employees and respect towards our communities is of utmost importance to us as a company. In accordance with the regulations set in place regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, most businesses have reduced the numbers of on-site staff to the minimum to reduce the risk of infection. We also aim to contribute to curbing the spread of Covid-19.

Our logistics team is therefore able to uphold normal operations and order processing as well as shipping are secured. We value transparency and thus we will do our best to keep you up-to-date as best we can.


The shipping times displayed on our websites are generally accurate. However, we kindly request your understanding should unexpected delays occur on part of our delivery company partners. If you are located in an area currently under quarantine, additional delays may occur which are unfortunately out of our control.

Through social distancing we, as a community, are able to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. Online purchases are thus a viable way to avoid having to leave your home, therefore, we have extended the product assortment in our shop to make everyday basic care products available for purchase.

With our one-stop shop offer for this special range of basic services, we aim to make life a bit easier for our customers during this unfortunate situation. As a customer, you now have the possibility to purchase everything needed from one single platform, cutting down on time searching for products and saving on additional delivery fees.

However, we ask for your understanding during this time regarding the availability of our customer care agents as we are at our limits in this regard.

If you are self-isolated due to COVID-19 or work on the health care sector or on emergency response teams and you have a dog or a cat we will deliver your pets food for free (including the food). Keep helping others.

Unfortunately our help can only reach countries inside European Union and we can only offer small amounts of food.
